- Description
- The subject solicitation is being amended to request that offerors propose an alternate proposal in addition to a proposal that responds to the solicitation requirements. The "Guest Room Commitment" chart in the original solicitation is modified to change "Days" to "Preferred Days" and offerors are requested to submit a proposal for the NRC's preferred days (which are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). In addition, offerors are requested to submit a proposal for alternate days, i.e., Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. When proposing days for alternate meeting space, offerors are requested to propose corresponding guest room accommodations.
