This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought Synopsis) is to determine if there are resellers of books published by Commercial Clearing House. The books sought will have the following specifications: 01-Aviation Law Reporter, 2007 Edition; 02-Contract Appeals Decision (Print), 2007 Edition; 03-Government Contracts Reporter (Standalone), 2007 Edition; 04-Government Contracts Reporter (CD-2 Users), 2007 Edition; 05-Government Contracts Reporter (CD-3-5 Users), 2007 Edition; 06-Cost Accounting Standards Guide (Print), 2007 Update; 07-Employment Practices Guide, 2007 Update; 08-Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), 2007 Edition; 09-DOD Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), 2007 Edition. Firms responding to this RFI are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company?s full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this RFI will be due on 1600 hours (4pm), central standard time (CST), on 15 February 2007. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
