Description
The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement to conduct records search and review to determine the present ownership of all lands for approximately 100,000 acres of easements and over 577 tracts as part of the Atchafalaya Basin F loodway System. The Parishes include are St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, Iberville, Iberia, and Pointe Coupee. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541191 and the business size standard is 100 employees. This so licitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The requirement is being procured as a firm fixed priced purchase order. This is a low price technically acceptable procurement action. The significant evaluation factors are technical/past performance an d price. Solicitation number W912P8-07-R-0066 will be available on or about 16 February 2007. Closing date will be 8 March 2007 at 11:00 a.m., local time. NOTE: The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on Army Single Face to Indus try (AFSI).
