Award will be based on best value based on price and technical acceptability. You must quote and be able to provide all NSNs listed on this solicitation to be considered responsive. ***NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT A PREVIOUS SUPPLIER OF THESE ITEMS, TESTING OF ALL CHINA SAMPLES SHALL BE CONDUCTED AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH NEW CONTRACT.
