Description

Product being purchased is AVIATION SYNTHETIC FUEL. The product shall meet the Fischer-Tropsch iso-paraffinic kerosene (FT-IPK) aviation synthetic fuel specification which will be attached to the solicitation. Delivery of FT-IPK aviation synthetic fuel to the following locations: 175,000 USG - Arnold Engineering Development Center (Arnold AFB), Tullahoma, TN 25,000 USG - Air Force Research Laboratory (Wright-Patterson AFB), Dayton, OH 6,000 USG - Advance Power Technology Office (Southwest Research Institute), San Antonio, TX 8,400 USG - NASA (East Hartford, CT) 600 USG - NASA (Cleveland, OH) The delivery period is July 1, 2007 through July 31, 2007. Mode of delivery is Intermodal Container. The solicitation will be posted for downloading on the Defense Energy Support Center Internet Web-Site at http://www.desc.dla.mil and/or the Federal Business Opportunities home page at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you do not have access to the internet, a hard copy of the solicitation will be sent to you upon request. Requests for copies of RFP SP0600-07-R-0701 must be submitted by fax at (703) 767-9269, ATTN: DESC-BCB (Emma J. Smith). If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the document entitled OFFER SUBMISSION PACKAGE to DESC-BCB (ATTN: Bid Custodian).
