Description

The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System in accordance with the Local Community Recovery Act of 2006 (The Act) will be accepting quotes from local businesses in the greater New Orleans area to supply Close Circuit Television for the SLVHCS. Quotes will only be accepted from businesses within a 125 mile radius. The contractor will be a certified CCTV installer and required to provide a CCTV (DRV System) and intercom systems in the Command Center located in the New Orleans,Louisiana area (1601 Perdido Street). Additionally, there are six other locations that will require CCTV (DVR Systems, addresses will be provided). The locations are in Slidell, Hammond, Baton Rouge, LaPlace, and Mandeville. Each location will have a DRV System. The main controls for the CCTV System will be located at the Command Center in the New Orleans location. The CCTV System must be one that allows the Command Center to monitor the outlined clinic throughout the Southeast. The NAICS code is 334220. This solicitation incorporates simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing and can be faxed to (504) 556-7325. Solicitations will be issued on or about Friday February 16, 2007. A site visit will be held on Monday February 26, 2007 at 10:00 am. The offers due date and time for quotes is included in the solicitation. It is now a requirement that all contractors be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration).
