Description

Anticipated Issue Date: 2/9/2007. Anticipated Closing Date 3/14/2007. This is a Presolicitation Notice. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System has a requirement for transport of laundry between the VAGVHCS Biloxi, MS and Michael E. DeBakey VAMC, Houston, TX. Contractor to furnish trucks and drivers as per the terms and conditions identified in the RFP. The performance will be April 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007 and two (2) one-year options. The NAICS code is 492110 and the business size is $23.5 million. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The RFP will be available on www.fedbizopps under the Department of Veterans Affiars. Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFP in lieu of requesting a paper copy.
