Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the Headquarters Department of the Army-G1, intends to procure this effort on a sole source basis with Telos Corporation. Telos Corporation will provide Xacta IA Manager for Small Ser ver software license upgrade and maintenance support as listed: Xacta IA Manager for small server software license for 25 projects/systems #XIAM-SML-PL, 1 ea; Annual maintenance, #XIAM-SML, 1 ea; Xacta IA Manager for small server software license for 1 pr oject/system, #XIAM-PROJ-PL, 5 ea; Annual maintenance, #XIAM-PROJ-MA, 5 ea; Continuous Assessment upgrade for Xacta IA Manager, #XIAM-PROJ-CAPL, 7 ea; Annual maintenance #XIAM-PROJ-CAMA, 7 ea;and Automated vulnerability management updates, subscription #XI AM-SML-VUP, 1 ea. This announcement is for information purposes only. No solicitation document exists and request for same will be considered nonresponsive. If no affirmative written documentation within 7 days after publication of this announcement to the effect that a comparable source is available and is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase will be issued to Telos Corporation.
