Description: The work of this proposed procurement consists of rehabilitating a historic ranch house located at Peaceful Valley Ranch at Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Billings County, Medora, North Dakota. Project includes, but not limited to, constructing a new foundation below the log cabin addition, shore existing log cabin structure, provide underpinning, remove bathroom plumbing fixtures, remove floor and replace, remove soil below log cabin , replace floor structure with new joist spanning beams and foundations. Restoration of historic structure, preservation of natural features, excavating filling, and shrubbery.Estimated price range for this work is between $100,000 and $250,000. A Pre Bid Meeting will be scheduled and the notice will be placed in the solicitation listing the date and time. All responsible offerors are encouraged to attend! The Government intends to issue a notice to proceed in March 2007 and the contractor will have 180 Days to complete the project.
