Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing refresh #6 to solicitation number 2FYA-AR-060004-B for Multiple Award Schedule 738 X - Human Resources & EEO Services, effective February 9, 2007. Resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the GSA's Multiple Award Schedule program. Current contract holders under Schedule 738 X for Human Resources & EEO Services do not need to re-apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. Contracts under this solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award, and lasting for five years unless canceled or terminated. Three five-year option periods are possible under this contractual action. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a vehicle for all Government agencies to obtain quality professional human resources & EEO services when required from qualified and experienced contractor(s) under a Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule in an efficient, streamlined, and cost effective manner in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations. Special Item Numbers (SINs) covered under Schedule 69 are: human resources services, which include: planning, recruitment, internal placement, pre-employment screening, position classification, personnel action, human resources training, employee assistance, employee relations, outplacement, workers compensation and EEO services. Applicable NAICS codes are 541642, 561310, 541611, 624190, 611430, 561410, and 561411. The previous edition of this solicitation, Refresh #3, will not be accepted after 03/15/2007.
