Description
The purpose of this amendment is to add the following questions and answers to the Solicitation/PWS. 1. Medical Records Posting. Can you please supply us with the Name of the Vendor or System that is currently used to store and manage your Electronic Medical Records? Also, can you tell us in what format this data is available in to the successful vendor as well as how the data can be accessed? A. The electronic medical record system is called: Composite Health Care System (CHCS), the vendor responsible for it's support and development is Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). At a minimum the data will be made available to the vender via an ASCII delimited text file. The long term strategy (1 yr) is to transmit the data via an HL7 interface. 2. Section 2.5 Unretrieved Results. Do the outbound telephone calls to patient that don't access their information via WEB or inbound telephone system need to be performed by a LIVE operator or can the call be an automated call? A. Automated call processes are preferred. 3. Are you looking for a solution that is installed at your location or are you looking for a fully hosted off-site service? A. Off-site hosting is preferred. 4. Is this a new requirement? A. Yes, see page 3 of the PWS, Objective 5. Is there a targeted company with the credentials to respond to this solicitation in such a short time? A. I'm not sure what you mean by this question. If you mean do we already have a company in mind to award this to, the answer is no. All companies submitting bids will be considered using the evaluation criteria outlined in the Solicitation. 5. Is the government willing to consider extending the response date for two weeks instead of one week? A. Unfortunately, the customer needs a system in place as soon as possible, so there will be no extension. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-FEB-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
