Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. This solicitation number cancels and supersedes Solicitation No. HSCG82-07-B-3WCA15. The solicitation number is the only change--everything else remains the same.) Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the Underground Water Mains. The work includes the following: 1. Removal of approximately 2500 feet of underground asbestos-concrete (transite) piping and associated valves and hydrants. 2. Installation of new 8-inch, 6-inch, and 4-inch PVC underground piping with hydrants, valves, branch tie-ins, and hose bibs in accordance with Drawings M1273-D and the specification. 3. Restore disturbed surfaces such as grass, asphalt roadway and sidewalks. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990, with a three-year average annual receipts small business size standard of 31.0 million. Bid guarantee, payment, and performance bonds are required.
