Description: DESCRIPTION: Carl T. Hayden Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ, VISN, is seeking Corrective, Preventative Maintenance, and Emergency repair services on GE models Personal Densitometer SI and Imquant, Wkstn 63001057, and Storm 840 & PWR Mac Wkstn 63001413 and all associated parts at the VA Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ. Offerors shall provide a qualified Field Service Engineer (FSE) to perform all service work. Evidence of OEM Manufacturer's training and certification must be submitted to the Contracting Officer upon request.
