- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N62786-07-T-0012 applies. Quotes must be received by 12:00 p.m. on February 27, 2007 to be considered. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-15 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20070122. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 315211 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SUPSHIP Bath has a requirement to procure the following items. Item 0001: Anti-Exposure Suit, Size: Small, Color:: Orange, Qty: 5 Each, P/N: I580ORG-02-000; Item 0002: Anti-Exposure Suit, Size: Medium, Color: Orange, Qty: 5 Each, P/N: I580-ORG-03-000; Item 0003: Anti-Exposure Suit, Size: Large, Color: Orange, Qty: 20 Each, P/N: I580ORG-04-000; and Item 0004: Anti-Exposure Suit, Size: X-Large, Color: Orange, Qty: 20 Each, P/N: I580ORG. All suits shall be a one-piece suit with integral insulated hood, zipper front entry with storm-flap, neoprene wrist cuffs with hook and loop closures, cinches at the ankles and thighs to reduce water entry and shall conform to drawing 4-NCTRF-05. Coversalls shall have two chest pockets, two large cargo pockets and slash hand warmer pockets, coveralls shall be fully lined with a water resistant thermal inner liner. Coveralls shall also contain an inflatable collar and contain leg zippers for easy entry and reinforcement patches at the knee and seat areas. Coveralls shall have an adjustable waist belt and r etro-reflective tape positioned on the chest, back and sleeves, basic material shall be a water repellent treated, nylon oxford cloth in the color orange, inner liner shall be a super soft PVC foam to provide flotation and limited hypothermia protection in 45 degree F cold water, lining material shall be nylon in the color black. All pricing should be FOB Destination. Deliveries to be made to: BIW Consolidated Warehouse, Mallett Park, Brunswick, ME 04011 within 30 days of receipt of award. Vendor must provide valid Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS number and Tax ID number. To be eligible for award, you must be properly registered in the Central Contractor Registry at www.ccr.gov.
