Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease quality office and related space in the Chester, Virginia area consisting of approximately 12,500-13,000 rentable square feet of space. Assuming a 1.15 conversion factor, this must yield approximately 11,000-11,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The Government requires a minimum of 70 on-site parking spaces. All space shall be on contiguous floors. The lease term shall be ten (10) years; five (5) years firm. The Government shall have termination rights on or after the fifth full year of occupancy upon ninety (90) days written notice to the Lessor. The space offered shall be within a fifteen (15) mile radius of Fort Lee, Virginia. The Government shall evaluate extensively the existing leased building inventory to determine the best value for the Government. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease.
