Description

2/13/07 AMENDED FOR CLARIFICATION: Water Delivery Services is for NON-POTABLE WATER. Delivery of 1,500 gallons of water will be transported via truck/tanker and transferred into a 2800 gallon fiberglass container at the Freer Border Patrol Checkpoint, Freer, Texas. The contractor will provide and deliver approximately 1 to 2 loads per week on as needed basis. Wage Determination Number 2005-2519 Revision 1 applies to this acquisition and will be provided upon request. **********END of Modification ********** The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for an on-demand delivery of water service to provide 1,500 gallons of water per trip to the Freer Border Patrol Checkpoint, Highway 59, Freer, Texas. This requirement is being awarded under FAR Part 13 and will result in issuance of a purchase order. The contractor will provide and deliver 1,500 gallons of water per trip to the Freer checkpoint on an as-needed basis. Water will not be delivered to the Freer checkpoint until a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent from the Freer Border Patrol Station places an order. Once the order is placed, the water must be delivered within 24 hours to maintain continuity. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: From Date of award through September 30, 2007. Award will include Base Year (date of award through September 30, 2007) and Four one-year Option Period (through September 30, 2011). EVALUATION CRITERIA: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
