Description: The New Mexico Army National Guard RFP for trailer mounted portable latrines with a dumpster was first set aside for small business. We are required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1305 for acquisitions exceeding simplified acquisition threshold for competition be restricted to HUBZone small business. However, the Government is accepting quotes from small and large business. In the event of insufficient HUBZone concern participation, award will be made to the participation small or larg e business. Award will still be determined on a best-value basis. All offer-or's wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading the solicitation and attachments from http://www.fbo.gov and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to t he solicitation.
