- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source modification to IDIQ contract N00019-04-D-0011 with Micro Systems, Inc. of Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, for supplies and services necessary to procure one year of Acquisition Life Cycle Support (ALCS) for the System of Naval Target Control (SNTC) system. These services and associated hardware are needed to support the SNTC System which is an over-the-horizon Target Control System (TCS). MSI is the sole manufacturer of the SNTC TCS, and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22.
