Description

U. S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN THE AREA OF HUNTSVILLE, AL AMOUNT: Approximately 5,750 rentable square feet of office space, yielding at least 5,000 BOMA usable to a maximum of 5,100 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space for a law enforcement agency. Space must be contiguous and accompanied by 12 secured (enclosed or fenced) parking spaces. The agency may have a requirement for a roof-top antenna. LOCATION: Space must be located outside of a flood plain, easily located from a major street or highway and fronting and or bounded within the Central Business Area of Huntsville. First preference will be given to the CBA, otherwise the geographic area of consideration shall be: NORTH by University Drive (72); SOUTH by I-565; EAST by 431/231; and WEST by Slaughter Road. REQUIRED: All services, day time cleaning, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. This includes availability of access to public transportation where applicable and the secured parking. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, beginning on or about August 1, 2007.
