Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to supply Rental Equipment. The solicitation is W912JV-07-T-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by March 2, 2007, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will res ult in a Requirements contract. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to Laura.Florl@ng.army.mil or Brandy.Kloock@ng.army.mil A. Provide a variety of rental construction equipment throughout the year for Engineer community construction projects. Amount of equipment on a site may vary from one piece to several. A potential list of equipment is attached but is not all inclusive. B. Projects may be located anywhere within the state of Oregon. It is understood that any transportation costs are in addition to rental costs. The Guard may opt to deliver the equipment if internal haul assets are available. C. Provide necessary maintenance support on equipment so time lost due to down equipment is minimal. D. Find and provide equipment not normally in inventory at a re-rent rate. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
