Description

This justification for other than full and open competition is in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR 6.3. A description of the supplies or services required to meet the agency's needs - Koroseal Vinyl Wallcovering. Pattern: Shetland. Color: Cotswald. 15 ounce. A demonstration that the proposed contractor's unique qualifications or the nature of the acquisition requires use of the authority cited Intended use: all hallways and core areas of the Main Building, 200 Third Street. This product is unique because although it is a patterned wall covering, it is a random match. This is advantageous to the Bureau when there is a requirement to patch the wall due to damage or renovation. Most patterned wall covering must be matched. The pattern and color of this product is coordinated with the Shaw carpet and the several colors of crash rails the Bureau has throughout the building. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than close of business February 16, 2007 EST. A request for more information or a copy of teh solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response.
