- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While is it understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following equipment: Ninety-nine (99) replacement air filters for currently fielded collective protection (COLPRO) filtration systems. Envirco is the manufacturer of the currently fielded units into which the filters will be installed. The filters corresponding to the item numbers shown below are the only known filters that are compatible with these units. The manufacturer does not sell these filters directly. Fourteen (14) replacement filters must have the following characteristics: Type: room-side-replaceable (RSR); Filtration efficiency: high-efficiency particulate arresting (HEPA); Size: 2 feet by 2 feet; Compatibility: must fit Envirco MAC-10 unit; Manufacturer: Envirco; Manufacturer item number: 93997-003. Eighty-five (85) replacement filters must have the following characteristics: Type: room-side-replaceable (RSR); Filtration efficiency: high-efficiency particulate arresting (HEPA); Size: 2 feet by 4 feet; Compatibility: must fit Envirco MAC-10 unit; Manufacturer: Envirco; Manufacturer item number: 93997-001. Award is to be made under simplified acquisition procedures on an all or none basis. The closing date is 23 February 2007. Anticipated award date is 28 February 2007. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6620 Tisdale Road, Suite 100, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Applicable NAICS code is 333411.
