- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) is seeking small business contractors capable of providing support for the Clean Air Markets Division (CAMD) ?Support for Clean Air Markets and Related Environmental Programs? requirement. The objective of this requirement is to provide support in seven task areas: (1)Economic, Cost Accountability, Market, and Statistical Analyses; (2) Environmental Assessment, Benefits Indicators, and Evaluative Analyses; (3) Technical and Engineering Analyses; (4) Regulatory Program and Guidance Development Support; (5) Communications, Outreach, Design and Graphics, and Meeting Facilitation Support; (6) Data Systems, Information Technology, Web, and Computer Systems Support; and (7) Support for International Projects (Emissions Monitoring and Market Mechanisms in North America, Asia, Latin America, and Other Regions/Areas). A draft statement of work is available at http://www.epa.gov/oam/hpod/index.htm#sources . Interested parties must submit the following information by February 2, 2007 to Andrea Brunsman at brunsman.andrea@epa.gov : (1) name of vendor; (2) contact information (address, telephone number, facsimile, e-mail address); (3) business classification (e.g. small, large, certified 8(a), woman-owned, Native American, etc); and (4) a capabilities statement. The capabilities statement should demonstrate the vendor?s ability to fulfill the requirements. It should clearly address the vendor?s knowledge of the seven task areas and examples and discussion of the vendor?s technical and personnel experience as related to the draft statement of work. The EPA does not want full scale proposals. Please limit responses to ten (10) pages, single-spaced, 12-point font. Responses should not only include a standard company brochure. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their individual capabilities statement.
