- Amendment 1 for Presolicitation Notice No. HC1013-07-R-2010, Ref. DISA Computing Facilities Team Technical Support Please be advised that the period of performance for this procurement has changed from one year from contract award with four (4) one-year options to one year from contract award with two (2) one-year options. Questions should be addressed to the Contract Specialist at the following e-mail address: amanda.hund@disa.mil. Questions will be permitted from February 23rd thru March 2nd. Questions submitted after March 2nd may not be answered. Questions and Answers: Q: Is this project considered a new requirement? A: This is a consolidation of two current orders, HC1013-04-F-5303 and HC1013-04-F-5097. Q: Is there an incumbent? A: Yes there is an incumbent for this effort. Q: If so, what is the name of the company? A: CSC Systems & Solutions LLC Q: Is the incumbent eligible to compete for the work? A: This requirement is set-aside for small business. The incumbent is not eligible to compete for this effort due to their large business status. Q: Will we consider making this a Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside? A: This requirement is set aside for all small businesses. Q: If our small business is over the 21 million revenue mark will we be allowed to bid on this effort? A: The size standard is based on the NAICS Code 541513 which does not allow business?s over the 23 million revenue mark to be considered a small business. If your business if under the 23 million revenue mark you are considered a small business and can bid on this effort. Q: Will the Request for Proposal (RFP) be posted at the same time the solicitation and all related documents on or about the 23 February 2007? A: The solicitation is the same document as the Request for Proposal (RFQ) and proposals will be due 30 days after posting. Q: Is the solicitation release date on target for the end of February? A: The solicitation is on target to be released on or about 23 February 2007.
