- 5960-00-106-2121, ELECTRON TUBE, PR 0013884620. This requirement is for 1880 each to be shipped FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA at a rate of 100 per month beginning 150 days. Item is purchased in accordance with MIL-PRF-1/1670C, QPL type number 8590. Offerors must provide the item manufactured under the specifications and by a qualified source in accordance with clause I09A01. Information on qualification requirements may be obtained from assist.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch. Note 9 applies. The solicitation will be available at www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of March 2, 2007. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon the additional factor(s) of the solicitation. The requirement is not set aside for small business.
