Description: The USDA Forest Service is offering a Request for Quotation which will result in the issuance of multiple Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with those parties determined to be qualified to perform common stand exam (CSE) services for the Ottawa National Forest located in the western upper peninsula of Michigan. As future projects are identified, a brief project-specific Request for Quote will be issued to all parties with BOAs. Maps and site specific information for the particular areas will be included in the future RFQ. Those BOA holders who are interested in the specific may then submit quotes (award generally made based on price alone).
