- Invitation for Bid CC-07-03 for Toilet Tissue , c-fold and hard roll towels as well as dispensers for these items is hereby modified to clarify the requirement for bid samples (see Page 9 of the solicitation-clause entitled Bid Sample Requirements)-There are no brand name requirements or catalog numbers specified in this solicitation-All bidders MUST submit bid samples in order for the Government to evaluate product compliance with the salinet charactersitics contained in this solicitaiton. Bidders failing to submit samples will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Amendment No. 1 to this solicitation is posted as a separate file on this site and may be downloaded.
