Description

Z -- SOURCES SOUGHT The U. S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set-aside an acquisition for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns only. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238990 and the small business size standard is $13 Million. The acquisition is for the Demolition of the Old Station Building at U. S. Coast Guard Station, Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The work includes, but is not limited to, disconnecting and removing the existing utilities (e.g. electric and water) and terminating in a manner conforming to the nationally recognized code covering the specific utility; demolition of the old station building including its crawl space, concrete-covered railway and its foundation; demolition of sidewalks, pavement, and flagpole foundation; and excavation, backfill, and seeding of work areas. There is a Base Bid Item. At the present time, the acquisition is expected to be issued under full and open competition procedures.
