Description
The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans has a requirement for Security Officer services. Solicitation W912P08-07-R-0048 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is being procured as a Best Value, Firm Fixed Price, Perf ormance Based contract with a base year (1 Apr 07 - 31 Mar 08) and four (4) option years (1 Apr 08 - 31 Mar 09, 1 Apr 09 - 31 Mar 10, 1 Apr 10 - 31 Mar 11, and 1 Apr 11 - 31 Mar 12). Current information for this acquisition will be maintained and accessible via electronic downloading from the New Orleans District website at www.mvn.usace.army.mil/. It is and will contin ue to be all potential offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for any amendments and updates as the Government will not be maintaining a mailing list. It is incumbent upon all potential offerors to download from the New Orleans District website at www.mvn.usace.army.mil/ or request an electronic copy of the data by contacting Henry.L.Camburn@mvn02.usace.army.mil. Any communications must be in writing, stating the solicitation number, complete company name, point of contact, address, area code an d telephone number, and facsimile number. No telephone requests will be accepted. Proposals are due on March 9, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. NOTE: Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity.
