Description

Keweenaw National Historical Park requires custodial cleaning services at it's park headquarter's, History Center, and Paymaster's office buildings.The Solicitation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about February 21, 2007. Services are to include the temporary Park Headquarters office building which is approximately 4,446 sq. ft. with 2 restrooms and a break room; the History Center which is approximately 2,407 sq. ft. with one restroom, and the Quincy Paymaster's building which is approximately 3,316 sq. ft. with 2 restrooms and a breakroom. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, supervision, labor and transportation necessary to complete the task. The National Park Service will provide all cleaning supplies, electricity, water, storage and other related items. This procurement is a Small Business Set-aside. This Solicitation - Commercial Item is subject to the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. The NAICS code for the requirement is 561720.
