Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Project Beartrap, has a requirement for the following items: FSL Analyzer, p/n: FSL 303, qty 6 ea; hardware options: OCXO, p/n: FSL-B4, qty 6 ea; additional interfaces video out, IF out, p/n: FSL-B5, qty 6 ea; resolution bandwidths 10 Hz to 100 Hz, 1 Hz FFT, p/n: FSL-B7, qty 6 ea; Gated sweep, p/n: FSL-B8, qty 6 ea; IEC-Bus Interface, p/n: FSL-B10, qty 6 ea; RF Preamplifier, p/n: FSL-B22, qty 6 ea; Firmware options: AM/FM/PM measurement demodulator, p/n: FSL-K7,qty 6 ea and Power Measurement with R & S NRP Power Sensors, p/n: FSL-K9, qty 6 ea. These units are an integral component to the project?s mission installed operational data collection/ reproduction system. These items satisfy the Government?s minimum requirements. The Government intends to negotiate with Rohde & Schwarz or an authorized distributor, on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items. These units are the only ones that will assure commonality (form, fit and function) and fall within the existing support infrastructure of the program. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
