Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Project Beartrap, has a requirement for the following items: 4 Tektronix Oscilloscopes, Model DP04104 with the following options: digital phosphor oscilloscope, 1 GHz, 5GS/S, 10M record length, 4-channel color display. Also Options DP04EMBD, TAP1500, TPA-BNC, RM4000, HCTEK4321, AC4000, SIGEXPTE, 071184400, P6247, TCP0030 and DP04AUTO, Embedded Cams module, qty 3 ea. These units are an integral component to the project's mission installed operational data collection/reproduction system. These items satisfy the Government's minimum requirements for Real Time Spectrum Analysis, Digital and analog Demodulation Analysis, Sensitivity, RF Capture Bandwidth and RF Capture Speed. The Government intends to negotiate with Tektronix Inc, on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items. These units are the only ones that will assure commonality (form, fit and function) and fall within the existing support infrastructure of the program. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
