Description
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to hold a full and open best value competition for the procurement of six (6) non-commercial cable assembly systems. The assemblies shall be fabricated, tested, and delivered to integrate the Blue Force Tracker (BFT) mounting kit to the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR). The subject mounting kit will allow the integration of the BFT into the MTVR, a 7-ton cargo and personnel carrier. The BFT is a satellite based, digital communication system consisting of a CF-29 Toughbook, satellite transceiver (MT-2011), Global Positioning System (GPS) Antenna and a Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR).
