- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Warehouse Space N. Charleston, South Carolina The United States Government seeks to lease Warehouse space consisting of approximately 75,000 rentable square feet in N. Charleston, SC, within the following delineated area: North: Ladson Rd. to University Blvd. (Rt. 78), North on Rt. 52 to Red Bank Road; East: Red Bank Rd. to N. Rhett Ext. to S. Rhett Ave. to Helm Ave to Rt. 78 / Rt. 52; South: Dorchester Rd. (Rt. 642); and West: Ashley River. The space should yield approximately 75,000 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for five (5) years, three (3) years firm and should be fully serviced. In addition, 20 parking spaces with at least a 25 feet setback from the building are required. Space must be ready for occupancy as soon as possible and no later then March 4, 2008. Due to this timetable, no new construction alternatives will be considered. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
