- 1.A.01 Description of Work The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and supplies to construct and/or remove approximately 6 miles of three-strand barbed-wire boundary fence on the Minidoka NWR and related work. All fencing materials will be furnished by the Contractor except that cattle guards and wings and two 16ft metal gates will be supplied by the Government. 1.A.02 Location of Work All work to be performed is at Minidoka NWR. The refuge office is located approximately 12 miles northeast of Rupert, Idaho via State Highway 24 and Minidoka Dam Road. Work sites will be at various locations around the refuge. 1,A.03 Inquiries Questions regarding the work should be directed to the Refuge Manager at Minidoka National Wildlife Refuge, 208-436-3589.
