- Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Aleda E. Lutz VAMC, Saginaw, Michigan, has a requirement for Oncology services on-site at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan, approximately twenty-four hours per week (five half day clinics Monday through Friday by a physician assistant and one half day clinic every other Friday by board certified oncologist/hematologist).
