Description

Solicitation 8007-22 provides helicopter flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained, in support of the Bureau of Land Management, California Desert District fire suppression program at Apple Valley, California. This is a resolicitation of solicitation 8007-06 and is unrestricted. The Helicopter will be based at Apple Valley May 20, 2007 through September 16, 2007 (120 calendar days). The contract period will be one year from date of award with a government unilateral option for three additional years. The contract requires one medium turbine helicopter (205++ or equal) The Contractor shall possess a current Federal Aviation Administration, Air Carrier or Operating Certificate and be certified under 14 CFR, Part 133 Rotorcraft External Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is February 20, 2007. The solicitation will be available at this site and http://www.amd.nbc.gov.
