- USAID/West Africa is seeking to comments and/or clarifications from interested parties regarding a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the West Africa Global Competitiveness Trade Hub. The purpose in seeking comments and/or clarifications is to assist USAID/West Africa in refining the requirements of the draft SOW for a future possible procurement. This announcement is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the USAID/West Africa to issue a solicitation or award a contract on the basis of this draft SOW, or otherwise to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request.
