- The USDA, National Information Technology Center (NITC), intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to PKWare for an upgrade from PKZIP MAINFRAME software to Secure ZIP MAINFRAME standard edition. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1), Justification: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. No solicitation exists. All interested parties shall respond to this notice by March 5, 2007.
