- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA), National Acquisition Center (NAC) will be soliciting for standard manual wheelchairs. We are looking to do a set-aide and all small businesses are encouraged to respond (Small business distributors must distribute for small business manufacturers).
