- This announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for the upgrade of the Boeing Electronic Systems Integration Lab (ESIL) located at Boeing St Louis Complex Bldg 105. This synopsis is being issued for subcontracting purposes only. This effort includes the procurement of additional hardware and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) to support the facility. Prospective subcontractors are expected to have knowledge of detailed information of the F-15 Aircraft and knowledge of the listed equipment. Experience with avionics systems and relevant information is also needed. The tasks are identified in two bullets below: 1) existing equipment upgrade, and 2) additional hardware purchases. ? Equipment upgrade for: ? Procurement of Large Force Exerciser Simulator (PH-I) ? F-15 ASIS Operational Test Console Replacement ? F-15 ASIS Weapon Integration Capability Replacement ? Procurement of two Calculex Recorders or DVR equivalent ? Implement of Win-JAABS Real Time English Decode Capability ? Refurbish the APG-63 V(1) Control Bench and Radar Bench ? MSIP Operational Test Console Replacement ? Correlated Target Environment (PH-I) ? JMPS and CFRS Site 1 ? ?
