- The Joint Contracting Command ? Iraq, Specialized Contracts Division, is seeking sources for an Iraq Theater Wide contract for WAN/VoIP support services requirement. Information from firms interested and not interested in this requirement is requested. Please reference the SOW entitled ?WAN/VOIP SERVICES?. Specifically, firms are requested to answer the following: 1.Is your firm interested in this requirement? 2.If your firm is interested in this requirement, what changes, if any, would you suggest to make this requirement easier to understand and to price? 3.What revisions would you make to the Statement of Work? 4.What are challenges or difficulties that have not been adequately addressed or mitigated in the Statement of Work? 5.How would your firm structure the CLINs?
