- This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, consumables, and other items necessary to perform the work as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The requirement exists for a mobile excitation unit for Doura Thermal Unit #5. The Contractor will be responsible for delivering the specified mobile excitation system. 2.0 Place of Performance: Doura Thermal Power Station in Baghdad, Iraq. 2.1 Period Of Performance: The Period of Performance is as follows: 2.1.1. 75 days to deliver the mobile excitation system, associated parts/consumables, installation & operation/maintenance manuals and complete the training of personnel after contract award. 2.2 Objective: To deliver mobile excitation system at the Doura Thermal Power Plant. Due to the "fast-track" nature of the project, the Contractor must endeavor to use reasonable measures to ensure that the parts and equipment are delivered to site in time to support the scope of supply and that the work is performed within the allotted timeframe taking into consideration all recommendations, conditions, special conditions, the quoted work scope, the scope of supply and all other aspects as detailed in this solicitation. The Contractor shall procure and transport to site all parts as required under the contract. NOTES FOR SUBMITTED PROPOSALS: 1. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 2. Offerors must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 3. Additional submission guidelines are contained in Section L of this solicitation and must be strictly adhered to. 4.
