PRON: AX7F0088, NSN: 5340-01-105-1509, PN: 70103-08010-048, Quantity: 660 each minimum/2460 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. FOB Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 660 each 449 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 333 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 660 each 345 days after contract award. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. This is an AMCOM Spares Best Value Contracting Process requirement. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated dat e and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
