Classification Code: 47, PIPE, HOSING, FITTING, TUBING Product Code: 4710, PIPE & TUBE NAICS Code: 326122, PLASTICS PIPE & PIPE FITTING MANUFACTURING This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request is BCQ071010 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 05-15) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This is a small-business set-aside procurement under NAICS classification code: 326122, and PSC: 4710. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Redding Field Office, Redding, CA require the following deminsions and specifications for HDPE culverts: 1. 12 inch x 20 inch, ADS N-12 soil tight (or equal) QUANTITY: 9 EACH (12 inch diameter in 20 foot lengths. Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc's N-12 or equal smooth. Interior corrugated high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.) 2. 18 inch x 20 foot, ADS N-12 soil tight (or equal) QUANTITY: 45 EACH (18 inch diameter in 20 foot lengths. Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc's N-12 or equal smooth. Interior corrugated high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.) 3. 24 inch x 20 foot, ADS N-12 soil tight (or equal) QUANTITY: 8 EACH (24 inch diameter in 20 foot lengths. Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc's N-12 or equal smooth. Interior corrugated high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.) 4. 30 inch x 20 foot, ADS N-12 soil tight (or equal) QUANTITY: 2 EACH (30 inch diameter in 20 foot lengths. Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc's N-12 or equal smooth. Interior corrugated high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.) 5. 36 inch x 20 foot, ADS N-12 soil tight (or equal) QUANTITY: 2 EACH (36 inch diameter in 20 foot lengths. Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc's N-12 or equal smooth. Interior corrugated high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.) 6. 48 inch x 20 foot, ADS N-12 soil tight (or equal) QUANTITY: 6 EACH (48 inch diameter in 20 foot lengths. Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc's N-12 or equal smooth. Interior corrugated high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.) The Contractor shall furnish all supplies as noted per the Synopsis/Solicitation. The Government will pick up the quantity and item on an as needed basis. Due to limited storage at Government wareyard it will not be possible to pick up or accept the complete order at one time. The timeframe for receiving all the items is estimated to be completed on or before 9-30-2007. The Contractor is responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with the items description as noted above and to assure that all requirements and regulations pertaining to this job/product are adhered to. You must be current with your registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at http://www.ccr.gov and ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov/. This RFQ is a Commercial Item Purchase per the Simplified Acquisition Process.
