Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for offers for the FY 07 Roadwork project. The project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to maintain roads as designated by this contract. Part of the work will be completed by motor grader and paid for by the mile and part of the work shall be completed by crawler tractor with ripper and paid for by the hour. On the work data sheet, the roads which have an entry for roadway miles and/or ditch maintenance miles shall be maintained with a motor grader and the roads with an entry for equipment rental hours shall be maintained with a crawler tractor with ripper. The work is located in Colorado in the following counties: Delta, Fremont, Garfield, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Moffat, Montrose, Eagle, Teller, and Rio Blanco. A prebid conference will be held on March 7 at 8 am. Interested parties will meet at the BLM office, at 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506. Offers will be accepted via fax at (970)244-3130 or mail to BLM, EFO, 2815 H Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81506. Offers must be received no later than close of business April 9, 2007 in order to be considered for this project. Offerors must be registered in the CCR (central contractor registration) database (www.ccr.gov) in order to receive a contract award for this project. This is a total small business set aside and the value is estimated at under $100,000.00. Total equipment rental hours for the project are estimated at 262 hours. Total motor grader miles for the project are estimated at 383 miles.
