- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, MD (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source requirement to ITT Industries. The requirement will be awarded on a sole source basis to procure Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) hardware (Citadels). The Citadels are originally produced and manufactured by ITT Industries. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The FSC code is 5865. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
