- The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from prospective vendors. Question 1: Only Metocean has expressed interest on-line. Is Metocean an incumbent or preferred vendor for this system? Answer 1: There is no incumbent as this is a first time buy. The procurement is a 100% set aside for small business, all offers will be considered equally under the set aside. Question 2: Is this a follow on to existing work or an existing system? Answer 2: See answer to question 1. Question 3: ACOMMS is the known system for Woods Hole (WHOI). Is WHOI a potential bidder? Answer: See answer to questions 1.
