- The Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center, Charleston (SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston) intends to award a $10,100,000 modification to contract N65236-06-D-5180 with Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems. The modification will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Ultra Electronics is the only known source in the position to provide continuous and cost-effective on-going uninterrupted support without duplication of costs prior to the release of a follow-on procurement encompassing the services accomplished under the current.
