- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, SC intends to award a sole source modification to Contract N65236-02-D-7839 to continue with engineering and technical services including ongoing Information Assurance program/project requirements consisting of Certification testing, COMSEC support, INFOSEC evaluation, Certification & Accreditation Support, NMCI, Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), specialized Information Technology support for field, fixed site and shipboard applications. The Government intends to increase the award ceiling on an existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee sole source contract for the current option year as well as one additional year. The modification will be issued on a sole source basis to Honeywell Technology Solutions, of Columbia, MD, who is uniquely qualified in providing Information Assurance, CDS, C&A, Network Security, COMSEC, INFOSEC and specialized Information Technology (IT) support to the SPAWAR mission until a follow-on effort can be awarded. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 with a size standard of $23 million applies.
